Tagabet Terms and Conditions – Rules & Guidelines for the Malaysia Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and tagabet ("Company", "we", "us"). This document governs your use of the tagabet.pro website, the tagabet mobile app, and all services, products, and features provided by tagabet (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement also encompasses our Privacy Policy and all supplementary policies referenced in this document.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and in such a case, "you" refers to that entity.

2User Eligibility

To use the tagabet Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Act on your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion or gambling blacklist maintained by any regulatory body.
• Only play with money you can afford to spend for entertainment purposes.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is strictly prohibited.

Tagabet reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or closure.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) tagabet account active at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. tagabet is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated information.

Your responsibilities regarding your account include:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Ensure that only you have access to your account.
• Report to Tagabet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Not lend, transfer, or sell your account to any party.

4Deposit & Payments

Tagabet accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the Deposit page. All available payment methods can be viewed in the Deposit our platform.

Deposit-related conditions:

• All deposits must be made from an account or payment instrument registered in your own name.
• Tagabet reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity or fraud.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level.
• Tagabet does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds are for entertainment purposes only and do not carry any interest or fixed returns.

Tagabet uses 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure all your financial transactions are processed securely and confidentially. Your card or bank account details are never stored in our system in unencrypted form.

5Fund Withdrawal

Tagabet users may request fund withdrawals to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as their tagabet account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed for security and legal compliance reasons.

Tagabet withdrawal process:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before being processed for the first time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be viewed on the Withdrawal.
• Tagabet reserves the right to request additional documents to verify a user's identity before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met beforehand.

6Bonus & Promotions

Tagabet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus offer is governed by the specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

General conditions applicable to all tagabet bonuses:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Tagabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with 48 hours' notice.
• Bonuses may only be credited once per eligible offer, unless otherwise stated.
• Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will be suspended without prior warning.

7Game Rules

All games offered by tagabet use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system certified by independent auditing bodies. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including tagabet itself.

General game rules:

• Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• Game results are final and cannot be appealed except in cases of proven technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, tagabet will return the bet amount to the user's balance in accordance with company policy.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play is strictly prohibited.

8User Conduct & Responsibilities

Tagabet users are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tagabet platform:

• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward other users or Tagabet staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about Tagabet to the public.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Engaging in money laundering or transferring funds derived from illegal activities through the platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Carrying out any action that compromises the security or stability of the Tagabet system.

Tagabet reserves the right to take immediate action, including account closure and balance forfeiture, against any user who violates the above rules.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Tagabet is committed to protecting our users' privacy. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our detailed Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In brief, tagabet collects your personal data for the following purposes:

• Process registrations, deposits, and withdrawals securely.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the tagabet support team. Once the request is reviewed, the net balance (after deducting any bonuses or outstanding liabilities) will be returned via the original payment method.

Tagabet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• There is suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• The user has violated any section of these Terms.
• The user is found to have provided false information during registration.
• Request made by the relevant legal authorities.
• Account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

11Limitation of Liability

The tagabet platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, tagabet does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or fully secure from external threats.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tagabet is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Game outcomes that are unfavorable to the user – all results are random and fair.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

Tagabet's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Tagabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except in cases requiring immediate changes for legal or security reasons.

Notice of changes to the terms will be sent via:

• Email to the address registered to your account.
• In-app or on-site notifications on Tagabet.
• A banner or pop-up upon first login after the changes take effect.

Continued use of the tagabet platform after updated terms take effect constitutes the user's acceptance of those terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account without penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where tagabet operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures.
